How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong – Too large

“After waiting for a very long time for my shoes to arrive - when they did arrive they were the wrong size. Rather than the Jungle All Black 44 EU / 10 US men's shoes, I received size 47 EU. I contacted the Tropicfeel customer service but their method for initiating a return via their website has not worked. I informed customer service of this but I have received NO REPLY or additional assistance. Someone in Customer Service - PLEASE HELP.”
