“I waited for this shoe for 6 months, I’ve only worn it 2x and the stitching around the top is already starting to come off , I’m hoping this is a one off since the shoes are really nice and comfy.”

“Shoe is very comfortable, easy to slip on and fits like a glove. Excited to use these shoes more and more. They are true to size. I usually buy an 11 in other althletic shoes and these fit just right.”

“The appeal of the shoes, what the brand stands for, and what’s is pioneered with these shoes has all faded in the 9 months it took to get them. I preordered in March 2021. No updates were ever communicated to me on delays, manufacturing progress, features etc. I had to reach out in July and October to inquire what had happened. I was informed once of a delay to Novemebr. I just received them today, 12/16/21. Shame.”

How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong– Too narrow

“Can't believe I waited 7 months and when I got the shoes I could even get half my foot in ! anyone who has any kind of instep, would not be able to wear these. The "tongue" is part of the shoe, is not elastic/stretchable therefore these will not fit a lot of people. On the plus side the customer service was good and was able to get a refund, but it did cost me $35.00 in duties and taxes that I won't get back”

“When I ordered these shoes it was partly out of curiosity and admiration for the business model. I received then last week and am very impressed by them. They fit perfectly and the quality is obvious. I will be testing them in Costa Rica next month and look forward to testing the in the “jungle” elements. I would buy them again.”

“Shoes are fine but it's a terrible customer experience when you have to pay the delivery driver for customs tax and additional delivery surcharge”

“Purchased the shoes in March 2021 with TropicFeel saying they would ship in July. They were not shipped in July. In September they responded to my shipping status update request saying they expected to ship in November. It is now December and no shoes and no status update from Tropicfeel. I understand there is a pandemic. But the pandemic was well underway in March 2021 and Tropicfeel should have understood their supply chain challenges in March 2021. There is no excuse for the delay. Tropicfeel's customer service has been unacceptable and these shoes could not possibly be good enough to justify the wait.”
