“It really doesn't fit much — it's like a fantasy to think you can get a weekend's worth of clothes in here when in reality to fill it up like they show — which is to the brim by the way — every piece of clothing needs to be suuuuper light for summer, barely”

“In my opinion, the nest backpack and the smart packing cube is designed for very short trips or for trips during the summer. Once you need to store a jumper the backpack is pretty full. And it was hard to get long jeans in the packing cube. But if you can live with that, it is a nice combination”

“Ha, are you joking? I've not received my package as I've been sent a Customs fee to pay before they will send it to me. This was not clearly mentioned on the website after free shipping of 3 - 4 days. So ive spent on an overpriced backpack and i need to spend more. I've contacted your Customer Service, Instagram, facebook, UK Trustpilot and I even emailed today to state that my next step if I don't hear from you, is to contact Alberto Espinós directly and leave my thoughts on his linkedin crowdfunding posts. It seems like the only way you will respond. I will also be speaking to the EU Commission and HMRC as clearly from your other reviews this is a bigger issue and you are doing this to multiple customers. Get this resolved for me ASAP please.”

“This is an amazing addition to the best backpack and I'm glad I decided to get both. I use this in conjunction with my other packing cubes and can pack an entire trip with my work electronics easily. It works like other packing cubes but does have additional sections and features that help to keep items secured while still creating more room in the bag overall. The price is a little high since you can get a pack of cubes for the same price, but I think it's worth it given the quality of this and if you care about aesthetics/matching the pack.”

“Would love to review this but it hasn’t arrived. Tropicfeel say 3-4 business days, but according to DHL, it takes a minimum of 8-14 days. Not sure why Tropicfeel don’t just say that on their site. They haven’t been able to help at all, and took them 4 weeks to issue a refund for a faulty product recently. Customer service has been really poor.”
