“I have had this bag for about a year now. My summary is it would be a fantastic bag except for one critical flaw, which are the zippers on main compartment. When I first received the bag I noticed this right away. They are thin and feel cheap compared to the rest of the bag and the laptop compartment zipper. I couldn't just open the bag, it would get caught on the corners and I had to go slow and pull at just the right angle for them to open. Now a year later that problem still exists but now the zipper keeps getting on other things like the the flap that hangs over the zipper and I have to keep realigning it and pull the fabric out. Maybe this would be a minor annoyance to some but it's a major one to me. If this wasn't an issue I would probably give the bag 5 stars.”
