“I LOVE the design of this bag. EVERY feature was well thought out. I bought it for work travel and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of function. Everything I need to be accessible easily is - from getting my laptop out at security to having my passport and boarding pass accessible but secure against my back. My only two complaints are: 1) the side pocket typically used for water bottles does not fit the bottle I use daily (which fits in a standard cup holder) this was disappointing since I would like to be able to go hands free. 2) the Amphora Brown appears a few different shades in the online photographs, but is very light in color in person. Had I thought about it initially I would have exchanges the bag since it appears quite dirty after just a two uses. I was hoping to use this bag for years to come but now anticipate having to replace it sooner from discoloration. Should I repurchase in the future I plan to purchase a darker color.”

“The top pocket next to the handle can’t be relied on, things slide out too easily because of the soft lining. One day of use and i’ve lost items out of there. The water bottle pocket is also a little small for a 750ml which is what i prefer but hope it will stretch over time. A lot of money for what it is but generally happy.”

“This backpack is full of great features and accessories that work really well together, however, my drinking bottle is a Larq Insulated bottle and it is way too big for the small bottle holder, I do not know why the bottle holder has been made so small. To try and help with this I purchased the Larq smallest non-insulated bottle and that does not even fit, anything bigger than a UK 500ml bottle feels like it will struggle, that being said, I removed the bottom sleeve of the Lara non-insulated bottle and it will go in, but not easily so it is not a quick grab and put back which really may stop me from taking this bag with me. One final thought considering a camera cube is sold, for the opposite side of the bag where you can secure something, an extra piece of material at the bottom that folds out to hold 1 of the tripod feet and then secure at the top, would have been great as I would not trust it just dangling from the top secure.”

“La mochila es preciosa aunque tiene 2 fallos de diseño. El primero es el bolsillo Canguro, ya que no cabe practicamente ningun calzado moderno, salvo que tengas una talla inferior a la 40 EU y sean zapatillas estilo Vans. Con un calzado de running, solo cabe uno de los pies. Cuando se fija el Smart Packing Cube 10L lleno de ropa, el espacio que ocupa es en detrimento del interior de la mochila, por lo que no aumenta la capacidad.”

“Love everything except for the water bottle holder- it is simple too small for all the reusable water bottles I own. Also I wish the straps were a bit more padded/a softer material- with weight they aren't the most comfortable. Other than that amazing bad.”

“Nice bag, feels like it is made of good-quality materials, comfortable to wear, and I like the amphora brown colour. The different compartments, attachments and expandability are a big plus. I am quite short (152cm / 5'0") and the bag is just the right size for my frame - it is small enough that I don't look ridiculous wearing it on my commute, it fits under the seat when flying on a budget, but expands if I want it to for longer trips or when carrying a lot of stuff around. It is pleasingly thick, so I would happily carry something like a camera in there without worrying about it being knocked about. However, there are four things I would change. The shoulder straps are not quite adjustable enough for me and I worry that if I carry a heavy load for a long time the bag will sit too low on my back and become uncomfortable, though I haven't had the opportunity to test this out yet. For someone 5cm taller than me it wouldn't be a problem. The laptop compartment is very convenient, but of my two 15.6' laptops, one (36.1cm wide) only just fits very snugly, and the other one won't fit. I wish the laptop compartment was a centimetre or so bigger. Third, the elasticated pocket which takes up about half of the front is designed for holding large items in place, such as a packing cube; but if you are not using one then it is too loose to hold anything smaller. A zip pocket inside for holding e.g. keys would have made it a much more adaptable feature. My fourth wish is quite subjective and superficial: I don't think the black detailing goes well with the beige; it might be useful for finding your way around it in the dark, but a paler colour would have been more aesthetically pleasing.”
