“The website says said size up so I did, but I wish I sized down, they are to big, but very comfortable and easy breathable shoes for really anything, love the style, they really are cute universal tennis shoes, I would not order unless you are super sure about the European size, now I am stuck with shoes that are way to big, paid $109 and thought they would be worth the money!”

“I bought these shoes for my sister. She is used to wearing Nike sport shoes and sizes 37.5 in those. We thought it would be better for her to pick shoes with size 38, rather than risking to have shoes too small. Now it seems Nike shoes are very small, because she had to add an extra layer in the Canyon shoes to be able to wear them, and tie the laces very tight. It is obviously not the fault of your product, but rather of the other brand. We have always been happy with your shoes! The only thing worth mentioning I would say is that if you have to tie the laces very tight, there is a large portion of it that exceeds on the sides, and that portion collides quite much with the other foot. We ended up shortening the laces and now everything is fine! I was wondering if you were planning to sell extra laces as replacements, maybe in different colours and sizes?”
