How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? The product was broken after short period of usage

“OK! This has been my 3rd pair of TropicFeel shoes so let me begin by saying: "I am a fan!" That said, I happen to have one small (but annoying) issue: the footbed of the shoe does NOT fit the inner sole properly and continues to ride up into the heel of the shoe. After taking about 10-12 paces, you feel the inner sole start to slip back under your foot and working its way up the back of your heel. This is an oddity that I have not experienced once with my 2 previous TropicFeel shoe purchases; so trust me when I say, this is not me trying to throw 'shade' on this brand! I also own the back pack, 3 add-ons and now, 4 pairs of their shoes (1 as a gift to my son). But I have had to cut down the sides and ends of the shoe insert (inner sole) to make it fit properly...waiting to see if my current modification holds up. Would happily provide pictures offline if it would help TropicFeel to assess better.”

“So, I bought the shoe a few weeks ago. The shoes look fine but the problem is the laces and the knots. The knots were out after two weeks and hence the laces as well - it is not possible to wear these shoes without that happening after a few hundred metres. So I asked for replacement and got a new pair of shoes - same problem after one week. I am now trying to get the money back because shoes are basically not usable this way for me.”

“Nice and comfortable fit, it took a day or two to get used to the tongue folding up because it all part of the 'sock' sort of fit/design with this shoe, but once you smooth it out when you put it on, its no problem. I'm UK 11 (US 11.5), but the size available was the next one up (12), and this fits well, which is great. This might point to a UK/US differential at the bigger end - just a guess. Good feeling, a great look, comfortable, lightweight. Lovely insole cushion. I would recommend”
