“In the beginning they are very stiff but after wearing them a couple of times they fit perfectly. Easily slide on and off and still look sturdy and good”

“Several months ago I tried to order from TropicFeel and they kept making mistakes so I never received the package. About three weeks ago i decided to give it another try and surprise: they made the same mistakes and I still don't have my packages. The communication takes about 3-5 days every time I try tor each them too. I did not get my refund either.”

“I ordered for the first time years ago (when tropicfeel was still on kickstarted). It took a while, but I received a pair of shows, a backback and a vest that I used for 6 months while travelling around the world solo. I absolutely loved every item. The quality was good and it lasting (on top of looking great). So, when I came back from my trip I wanted to refresh everything. On black friday, I ordered 2 new pairs of shoes and one new jacket (for about 500$). The package never came. I had to do a lot (and i mean A LOT) of back and forth emails with Tropic Feel. They kept saying the problem was coming from the delivery company -but after 5 tried, I decided to reach out to the delivery company myself. THEY told me the problem was coming from TropicFeel (they kept sending things without the HS code attached, so when my package was reaching the borders, no one could contact me to pay the custom fees- so it shipped back to TropicFeel). I sent a new email to TropicFeel, to include that new information. After several days, they apologized and told me they would make sure to fix this issue. They re-sent the package (without adding any discount, even though it had been now more than two months and 7 back and forth emails since the time I bought). UNFORTUNATELY (and i am still amazed), the package ONCE AGAIN never made it to me. Even though I have emailed them every day to know where it was. One day it was: still at TroicFeel, waiting to be picked up. The next day it was: "unfortunately it is coming back to us because the custom fee wasnt paid for 7 days". When I asked them how this was possible -as the day before the package was still with them -they just send back an automated message to say they were sorry and would gonna ship it again. I said it was enough and asked for a refund -That I am still waiting on. I cannot tell you enough how poor that situation was handled (specifically for the price I paid for everything). I am very sad because I did like the products a lot -but I would definitely say it is absolutely not worth the trouble.”

“I have worn them today for first time on a day of proper rain since purchase and I'm really disappointed. I have worn them in lighter rain and, overall, they are very comfy, but I bought them in an attempt to keep my feet dry in the wet winter in the UK, and unfortunately they don't serve the purpose, as my socks were soaking wet after 30 min walk in the rain. They feel like a bit of a waste of money”

“great shoes! they look cool and keep my feet warm and dry. the foam on the bottom isn’t superrrr durable but, to be fair, i went rock climbing with them lol.”
