“Tropicfeel managed to turn a simple warehouse error into an unnecessarily long and frustrating process. I received the wrong (and cheaper) item on December 6th, and after almost ten emails and mostly automated replies, getting the correct product sent was still a challenge. The pickup of the incorrect item was surprisingly difficult to arrange. Promised compensation never arrived, although I received the product I purchased almost a month later than the transaction, no genuine apology was offered, and the final product quality was disappointing. Efficient customer service shouldn’t be this hard. Unfortunately, this experience does not live up to the brand image Tropicfeel promotes.”

“I already have the Fidlock Toiletry bag matching my Hive BackPack ; but I wanted something to go through airport security. This one is perfect for that ! It's also very convienient, I can put a lot of thing inside and the hidden mirror is a nice touch. High quality as usual ;)”
