“I ordered a green one and I received a black one”

“I didn’t receive my product when it said it was delivered (still after over a week, almost two) and it’ll take 15 days to even get a resolution because they have to contact the postal carrier, fine, but now I have to go on a trip without my (super expensive) backpack that I ordered from Tropic Feel. Is it even worth it or can I get my money back?”

“Me ha encantado, los accesorios y disposición que tiene la hacen súper versátil. Es increíble cómo se puede transformar y todas las opciones que tiene. Por ahora la he usado para una escapada con excursión, pero estoy deseando poder llevarla a mil sitios más. Los materiales además son un plus. Lo único que le podría faltar es una funda para la lluvia, pero todo tiene solución. La recomiendo sin dudar.”
