“However I love Toiletry for my Hive backpack I have to emphasize that it makes me pretty said that when I asked customer service whether the current Toiletry bag I have for my “older” Shell is compatible with Hive. I was sure that is should be, but customer service answered NO. This answer is simply not true as I can prove it having Shell / Hive / 2 Toiletry bag in my hand!”
