“Happy with the product. But would not have purchased if I knew I was liable for import duty taxes. Ended up costing $400 more when we already paid $1300 !! We paid in AUD, it had AU flag etc so was lead to believe ordering from AU or it was not obvious - Could be more clear like most other sites that ship to AU.”

“Quality of the bag is good, material valuable and of course the idea with the hook to hang is priceless. But to do so, you need to use the elastic bands, which i find both too tight and too less elastic. I found it very hard to fit clothes in, even if it was only tops/shirts (just to geht them in - not talking about as neatly as on the picture). Therefore I am not sure whether I keep the bag or choose a cheaper product without a hook to hang…”

“It is really handy but it's really thick therefore takes up space in itself and is not that compacting. The elastic bands are places in a zigzag which makes it difficult to put clothes in without colliding with each other.”
