“Nice design, but poor fit. I really wanted this cap because of the simple design and the particularly catchy logo. Unfortunately, the workmanship of the material is inadequate: The cap peak has been sewn crookedly to the cap. In addition, air spaces form in the front area (front panel) when you put it on. It is therefore not possible to ensure a precise fit to the shape of the head. The look is as if you were putting on a hat for small children or putting an adult hat on a small child. And now the most important detail, which shows how Tropicfeel acts to generate money that they are not entitled to and is also not customer-friendly: To return the goods, they ask you to cover the costs yourself for each delivery. For me that was €9.99, which was deducted from my repayment contribution. There was no other option. Only the exchange is free of charge - AND that's what they advertise. But of course not with the excessive costs of the return. I guess then there would only be half as many customers. Firstly, this is absolutely not competitive compared to competitors and with an order value of almost €200. Secondly, it is legally questionable because I could have sent the package to the GERMAN address for much cheaper than the asking price. Here you should insist on sending it yourself and therefore cheaper to the address. For me, everything else is a covert scam to generate income”
