“The shoe lace broke on the day of arrival. The shoe it self feels quite light and comfy. However, the only problem was that it did not come with any extra/additional laces. The shoes lace broke on trying it the first time itself. Does warranty cover this problem?”

“I like everything in your products: the idea, the quality, the sustainability and the customer care. I would notice some facts which I believe could be easily improved from your hand. The size chart is not fully disclose the Information about the actual fit of the shoes. Usually 42 is too small for me, but with 42 of tropicfeel is not the same. You may try to add more detailed instructions for the Customers on how to measure their feet to fit the best match in tropicfeel shoes size chart. Also, check asos. They do have the online system which helps to choose the right size by comparing the size chart of different famous brands (up to Customer's choise) with tropicfeel size chart.
