“I absolutely love these shoes. But to be transparent, I reached out to Customer Service because after only a few weeks of use, the adhesive that held the show together showed signs of failure. Within the next few months they began to come apart, more. But the Service reps replaced my pair with a new oneI chock the messed up ones up as QA oversight. Thankful for this great product and fast-acting team. Definitely worth the wait”
