“Shoes came with manufacturing error. My problems were not acknowledged by support team (referred to whatever policies like a robot, wrote the same thing in every e-mail). Now I have to cover return shipping costs even though it‘s not my fault. Will not purchase from Tropicfeel again. Very disappointing to see how the company has developed over the last years (I was a customer from the very beginning)…”
