“Great shoes - lightweight, comfortable, easy to slip on, quick drying. The website advertises them as “water friendly”, which I took to mean that they could be worn in rain/damp conditions and stay reasonably dry. However, they don’t - if any water hits the top of the shoe it soaks through immediately, which isn’t the nicest feeling if you’re not expecting it/wearing socks. I assume “water friendly” is more meant to mean that they dry quickly, but as that’s listed as a separate benefit that doesn’t really make sense. They’re still nice shoes, they’re just not the all-weather trainer I was hoping for.”

“I have already purchased Sunset and Tropicana and was curious to see how Monsoon feels. I had no problems with Sunset at all, Tropicana sneakers developed little holes right after the front seal but are amazing to put on etc. Monsoon are brand new so I’m hoping nothing surface doesn’t split. I have already worn them to the beach and they are excellent. I put one star down as they are trickier to put on. I’m used to putting the other 2 with one hand. This pair I need to use to hands as I need to hold on to the ‘tongue’ in front to keep it in please whereas it is attached to the show on the other 2 hence I only have to hold the back of the sneaker when putting them on. Otherwise excellent.”

“It's my second pair of Tropicfeel shoes. With my first pair I travelled through asia in 2019 and I was very satisfied with them. After two years it was time for a new pair. I really like the colour and they fit as well as I thought they would. Very good choice! Thumbs up!!”

“I am extremely pleased with my new shoes. In shops I sometimes stay hours to find a shoe that fits my feet - the Monsoons fit immediately without wearing them preventively for a "break-in". They arrived and I wore them for the next 3 hours, on my way through the city to my garden, in my garden under the hose, returning on my bicycle with dry feet and finally in the super-market. The next day the shoes were noticed by friends and colleagues. I guess I will see more and more of these shoes soon.”
