“Whilst overall the quality of the shoes is really good and I fully support the company ethics the customer service is poor. I had to wait an age for replacement of faulty goods. The company did acknowledge within 24 hours the fault, however the replacement took weeks to arrive. Sorry but that's how it was.”

“The quality is very good and I also liked the color, the entrance of the foot into the shoes is not easy, there could be a more flexible elastic or another method that would allow feet of any size to enter easily.”

“it looks cool, wear comfy just like my old two Canyons. However, both of them broke and this was sent as a replacement. I hope it will last longer than the others.”
