“Heal is a bit high and rubs against back of foot if crew socks are not worn. I was hoping for more arch support in a larger shoe but is the same as other models, designed for flat feet. Will try an arch insert that might also solve the heal issue. Overall quality of shoe in general good, same other models. Color is good, but white outer sole gets dirty easily.”

“After having an excellent experience with my Tropicfeel WD1-21 sneakers (which were unfortunately discontinued), I decided to buy myself another pair of Tropivfeel shoes. I have flat feet and a rather thick ankle. I found the Monsoon at a discounted price and decided to give them a try. After my experience with the extremely soft WD1-21 47 EU size, which were a bit longer than expected, I ordered No 46 which is my typical sport/sneaker shoe size. The shoes arrived shortly, in about 10-12 working days (which is a good delivery time for Greece). Alas! While my WD1-21 are really soft, sock-like, at the ankle area, the Monsoon have a stiff plastic material there, making the shoe almost impossible for me to wear as it narrowed the area. I decided to take advantage of the free exchange offered by Tropicfeel and ordered the 47 EU size, hoping that the opening of the shoe will be wider. Exchange went smooth and I received my Monsoon 47. The opening is a bit wider, but it is still pretty stiff for my wide feet and ankle. I have a hard time putting the shoes on, but after that, the shoe is really comfortable with the carefully thought sole and in-sole. To sum up: If you have wide feet and thick ankle like me, consider a different sneaker from Tropicfeel, like the Dune. Apart from that, the shoe looks pretty neat, without all the bells and whistles of other brands (e.g. excessive branding/labels) but still comfortable and practical.”

“Very Comfortable. Good Laces. Not sure if I am supposed to wear it without socks but if I am there's a tab towards the back that's a little uncomfortable if you don't have socks on but I'm sure I'll get used to it.”
