“leggendo la descrizione sul sito mi aspettavo un prodotto più tecnico e prestante, nonostante il numero sia giusto non trovo la scarpa confortevole (ho effettuato anche il cambio, ma anche il numero più grande presenta lo stesso problema credo sia un difetto della scarpa). inoltre, comprendo le politiche aziendali, ma nel 2023 trovo inconcepibile che per avvalermi del mio diritto di reso per un prodotto che non mi soddisfa io debba coprire le spese di spedizione che ammontano al 30% del prezzo della scarpa.”
