“Sizing 5/5: absolutely true to size. Their size-guide on their website is on point! Comfort 4/5: I'd say, above your average all-day-sneakers, but not as comfy for example allbirds or similar brands, however - no blisters, rashes, cuts or anything while wearing them sockless for hours and on the plus side - easy convertable to slippers! They are good looking, super breathable which is perfect during hot days in the city and I could just hop into a pond or creek without taking them off! Perfect, for me at least :D Shipping 4/5: It took a week from placing my order to arriving them at my doorstep. It's decent but tbf, I expected a way longer waiting time, which leads me to my next point.. Customer Service/Care 0/5: I'd go into negative. Zero response over various social media plattforms, no response on emails, nothing. I even opened a paypal issue (just in case), no reaction over there either :( Not going to say, that this is a bad company, I guess they're just overwhelmed by customer mails and DMs. You guys really need to work on that part of your business, all those negative comments are giving you a bad reputation.”
