“I ordered size 43! Your sister changed it to 36. I cancelled per email the order. Your assistant confirmed tropicfeel had a problem with the sistem. I had to return the shoes and paid €13,94 post expenses. The shoes just arrived to your company today. Still do not know when I will get the shoes size 43. I received numerous emails from Anna, Maria and now Eugenia. They all want my review because it means a world for them. It is just incredible the complicated sistem you have! Hope this concern is solved soon, otherwise I will contact our lawyer!!”

“Short review : size 36 is oversized, please make a size 35. Long review : This is my review after 1 month of use and in various conditions (city touring, small hikes, rafting, swimming, at the beach...) They handled every activity surprisingly well (except when swimming with no socks they slip out). For small hikes they do great but I wouldn't use it for proper day hikes, they don't have the support and grip of real hiking shoes. But that's no surprise they are not made for that. They really do look good, lightweight all that... I am just not a big fan of the laces because they tend to rub the ankles when walking it's irritating. Regarding the size, I am used to wear 36 with no issue but those are way too large for my feet, I don't mind the toes box being too large but the ankle area is too large too, my feet slips out of the shoe when I walk, not great. I have to wear big woolly socks to avoid that, and even with those, it's not holding very much. It's a problem especially because there are no smaller size available. Please make a size 35.”

“i won my pair of shoes and so far i think they are pretty cool. they fit nicely and they seem to be very durable. also the design looks fantastic. Only thing i'd wish for is a little change in fabric in the shoes, it seems a bit uncomfortable without socks - but i do have sensitive feet.”

“Received my 2nd pair of Canyons in Natural Oat. My first pair are the older version in Wasabi Blue. They are really comfortable after a couple of goes breaking them in (size 39). The new pair seem slightly larger all over but especially around the ankle opening. They are slightly firmer material so also need breaking in. I wonder if this is generally true for the new run of Canyons or whether I got a rogue pair. I also have two pairs of the Sunsets which are really great and comfortable immediately and look good worn as a fashion shoe”
