“I'm still waiting on my exchange... I have reached out multiple times and haven't gotten a response... The shoes are good from what I have seen but the shoe sizes are way off and the service was incredible on the first exchange but on the second one.... it seems they are just taking my money and keeping my shoes. I want to like this company but they are making it difficult. My trip is coming up soon and I may not even get my shoes from them since they won't respond with my exchange... So frustrated”
