“Just an suggestion. If there is centimeter (cm) also shown in shoe size information, it will be better. Cause my shoe size is 42.5. Is a bit awkward. And after I tried on your lovely product, it seems 43EU is too big for me. But I really like this shoe!”

“HUGE delivery problem. I received absolutely no notification of the package arrival. I was able to get the order number and call DHL to know where the package was, but when I arrived to the postal service the link to retrieve the package number was dead. Fortunately they could retrieve it with my name. Temporary solution : You should add the shipment number and company name in the shipment email Long term solution : find a better shipment process Good news is the product is cool though ;)”
