“I’m very disappointed with the service provided. It was advertised that shipping would be 72h and it took almost 8 weeks. I had a trip planned for which I wanted the shoes and obviously they didn’t arrive on time. I feel the marketing was an outright lie and I’m disappointed as I had very high expectations with your product. 2 weeks before getting the shoes I asked to have them delivered at a different address as I wouldn’t be able to collect at the previous one and you told me that was not possible. 2 weeks before delivery… To be honest I wasn’t even excited when I got the product finally and haven’t even opened the box yet.”

Jorge, this is really a shame to hear! Our pre-orders are not available for immediate shipment so naturally there is some time before they get sent out. As explained, our warehouse processes the orders for these shoes immediately so they can get them shipped to you as soon as possible, so we're unable to change details at that point. “Laces too long once tightened and no way of tying them to reduce the length. Insole feels a bit budget and heel lock is average. Otherwise an ok pair of shoes”
