“Bought the shoe in June 2021. In august 2021 the sole already detaches from the shoe. At this price range not acceptable. And I did not use the shoes in the mountains or any heavy terrain or similar, as promoted in the commercial. I hope the customer service will take care!!!”

“I have 3 pairs of TF Canyon 'originals' so thought the new 2021 edition would be of the same quality. Having worn them yesterday on my daily dog walk the first thing I noticed was that they are lighter (later confirmed by weighing them - 11gm lighter) and also that they didn't support me as well. You immediately notice that the sole feels thinner as the stones/branches underfoot were more noticeable - this may be the new composition rather than being physically thinner. I also got a thorn stuck through the side material just above the sole which has never happened before. My impression is that TF have made these lighter to save money on the materials and they are now focussed on people who just do a leisurely walk along a beach or similar, rather than my more 'adventurous' hill walk with my dog. From now on I will just use this 2021 pair for pavement walks rather than dirt/off-track dog walking, for those walks I will use my trusty older Canyons.”
