“I admit I was a bit skeptical before purchasing my WD1-21 shoes, as I had no clue about the quality or the sizing of the TropicFeel shoes in general. I usually wear 45 (EU) for casual and 46 for sports shoes; however, the specific pair was only available in 47 and after reading some reviews about the sizing being a bit on the narrow side (I have flat, wide feet), I decided to go for it. I bought them for daily commuting to work, i.e. 10 hours per day, including about 3km of walking. I received my package promptly (less than 10 working days), well- and sustainably packed. The shoes were longer, as I expected (my feet are 29,5 cm and 47 size is about 31 cm) but they were tight so I guess that a 46 would be too narrow for me. They are extremely comfortable, even without socks, light and easy to clean. I haven't tested them under long walks, in the sea/water or for an extended period but I am sure they will be as good as advertised. I got my pair with a significant discount (last size) and I would definitely buy a second pair (especially the packable models); however, I find the €99 catalog price too expensive for me - time will tell if the shoes will prove to be durable so that the price is justified. I would also like them to be more on the wide side, to be more comfortable for flat feet.”

“Wore these shoes on a trip up to the sequoias and they did pretty well. They did a great job dry hiking, but not as well with wet. Anything slippery was made worse with the shoes- had to take them off a couple times since I had better traction barefoot. But outside of water activities, had no complaints and would buy them again. I wear a 12 US mens with a slightly wide foot. I found the 12.5 were a great fit.”
