“The shoes were very nice but size 40 was much too large. My husband with size 43 could wear the shoes So I sent them back to France to the address you gave me). Since this time no answer. Neither new shoes with the right size nor my money back. I dont know what to do now but I am very frustrated Thats not a good start for youtr brand”

“Absolutely horrible experience. The shoes were the wrong size, so i filled out an exchange form and immediately sent them back to the specified location and provided tracking numbers. I have yet to receive any information updating me on the status of my exchange. It has been months. I have reached out to support and on Instagram and have received no useful information. I have no idea if I am even going to receive the new pair I requested in exchange.”
