“I wanted to love these shoes but I cant even try them out. The shoes I received were too big. I did order a size 9 US) because there were no half sizes available. I emailed three times to ask how I can replace the shoes I received with a half or full size smaller, but I didnt get a reply apart from asking for my order number which I already provided. So the one star is for customer service and not the shoes.”
