“Sadly I cannot provide a review of the shoe but I can on customer service. I ordered these shoes over one month ago and they are still yet to arrive. Tropic feel customer services have now stopped answering my emails leaving me with no option but to try and claim my money back through the payment provider. Quite possibly the worst customer experience I have had in a very long time especially as I am now being asked to review a product I havent even received yet Disappointingly it very hard to support a brand with such poor customer service.”

“I was very disappointed to learn that tropicfeel doesn't ship to my location I waited months after submitting my order to learn this My address is considered a US mailing address so the reason why you can't ship here doesn't make sense. Do better at notifying customers that you don't ship to Fleet Postal Offices prior to them submitting the order.”
