“It took me a few months to purchase these sneakers. I watched the videos and read the reviews about them countless times and kept thinking they were too good to be true. I finally caved in and purchased them probably partially due to Facebook and Instagram pushing the ads at me so often). Last week, I used them for the first time while wading in and walking through a rocky river in the Ardennes in Belgium. These shoes were fantastic in this kind of setting. I probably wouldn't have gone in the river without them so they helped me to take the step. It was great to not have to worry about scraping my feet or stubbing my toes on the numerous rocks. I also felt more secure in the water knowing I wouldn't slip on the wet rocks. I loved being able to walk in the water and then also easily on the beach sand and pebbles. A couple of days later, I wore the sneakers in a slate mine that was deep underground - with a lot of pebbles and wet ground. While climbing wet and slippery metal stairs through the mine, i felt comfortable as the shoes have a great grip. I have a prosthesis in my spine at my tail bone so I always worry about slipping and falling. These shoes gave me the support I needed and allowed me to relax a little. The only negative points about the sneakers that I've noticed so far are that they are a little too small despite being my correct size my toe hits the front part) -, which is too bad, as that makes them hard to use for a long walk - and they did not dry as fast as the advertisements make you think they will. I had to wait a whole day until they were really dry after going in the river with them. I'd still recommend them for sure even just for the underwater and non-slip comfort. They also look good - with whatever you are wearing. They are indeed subtle enough to wear with a dress, for example. I would order them again in other colors too - if I could be sure they would fit perfectly. Try them out - especially if you need a great pair of under water shoes with a good and safe sole for all sorts of situations.”

“Good fitting but the shoe sole is very bad. After one time of swimming it got loose and unable to fit the shoe normally again. Wont buy this again.”

“Very Light and breathable shoe that allows for freedom of movement between many activities outdoors and indoors. It is my favorite hiking, running, and all around every day use shoe. With its water breath-ability it cleans easily and drys super fast to use while travelling. the best shoe to travel in as you will need less shoes to travel with. This is All You Need”

“Finding a pair of vegan shoes that that are equally at home on the trails as in the office is a daunting task, especially if you want shoes that arent terrible for the environment. These shoes seem to fit the bill. I got my first pair through Kickstarter in August, wore them almost exclusively for about six months probably 400-600 miles) before wearing them out, and now Im on my second pair. Even worn out, though, my first pair still looks very good minus a small hole developed little toe), and I could wear them to work right up until the replacements arrived. The downsides of these shoes is that theyre not biodegradable finding shoes recyclers is a pain) and in rain they soak through from the top.”

“The shoes fit perfectly and are comfortable for both a walk on asphalt/pavement and for a hike on rough terrain. They are easy to clean too. The only disadvantage is that the material is bit fragile so you have to be careful with branches and rocks.”
