“The shoes are ok. The service is really bad, no exaggeration. The shoes were way passed delivery time and your staff dont even read the e-mails i sended. They just send random replys without ready the message. I didnt recieve the free backpack i should have gotten. I dont feel like you take you customers seriously.”
