“I requested a replacement as the shoe I received was too big and theres no way to get in touch with anyone in customer support. I left multiple messages on both kickstarter and email with no response. Would never buy from this company again.”

“Shoes are quite comfortable however size 5 UK is much smaller than other size 5s - as you match it to EU 37 and not EU 38. I had to then return the shoes and your return form was broken for weeks - which meant that I wasnt able to wear the shoes on the big trip I had planned Last month. Great shoes but these little niggles proved to be quite annoying.”
