“I really love the shoe, but when I got them, I wanted to change the laces and the plastic top of the laces were ripped off when I tried to remove the rubber stop. So these laces are not usable anymore. I tried to find a contact on your webside to send a photo of the problem and give you a feedback, but I couldnt find any service e-mail. Eventually I send you an E-Mail via your Instagram account. I event heard back from you since then, which is already a month ago, which is a really bad service that I am very unhappy with.”

“Super happy with my purchase. The shoes are extremely comfortable, well designed and rugged. There were 2 extra pairs of laces and a carrying bag included in the packaging which I thought was a very nice touch.”
