How satisfied are you with the product quality? The product is different to what I expected from the website

How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong – Too large

“Unfortunately these shoes didn’t work for me as my size was way too large (i had at least a 1.5cm gap in front of my toes. Tried to size down but this was just too tight, as the shoes are slip on and you can loosen them unfortunately (the length on the size down as actually fine for me). It’s a shame as I liked the shoes and the customer service was great. Delivery and returns process was also fast, but due to the odd sizing I ended up returning both pairs and losing some money to pay for the second return. Perhaps tropicfeel should have a look at their sizing as I am not the only one facing this problem.”
