“Your customer service was very nice and quick to respond, however, the fact that you wouldn't just give me a refund for shoes that literally cut up my feet and made me go through a month long exchange process and I had to pay for TWO shipping fees to return shoes back to y'all is RIDICULOUS. The shoes that I finally got are not the ones that I requested, which I find hard to believe since I even sent a picture of the requested shoes. Also, now I'm out more than $150 and have shoes that are still not wearable because of your fabric choices. It honestly sucks and I still would just like my money back.”

“After 2 month the rubber part in the ties got loosen and lost in the streets. Tropic feel doesnt sell this parts but they kindly send me 2 pieces for free. Excellent after sales service for a very nice product”
