“The customer service is so rubbish I bought the shoes on Sunday evening, immediately after I bought and found out the system made a mistake for my shoe size and wrote them an email to the only email address left in this website. Believe it or not, they replied me on the next Friday, 5 days after I sent them email. The website has bug and no one can change anything if they pay already. Then you only can return when you receive the shoes and Pay for the POST For me to send the parcel back to France from Germany cost 17 euro That is crazy If you are the one who are thinking to buy the shoes, think twice and as so crap the customer Service can be, can the product be that awesome? For a company which ignores customer, can it be a good product manufacturer? I doubt it seriously. Anyhow, I paid this 17 euro as a lesson, never ever buy something from this kind of small and no Service company”
