“On the right shoe there is a crease across the front top that doesn't go away even when you wear the shoe. It's not terribly bad, of course, but it's a little annoying because it says something about the intricacies of design and manufacturing accuracy. Maybe something like that wouldn't be noticed if it were a low-priced shoe. But for the material, it's a mid- to high-end shoe that would also be said to be so good it may be the last shoe you need. Even if this is marketing, it describes the self-image and the positioning of this product. Without this flaw, it might really be one of the best shoes I know in this segment. It must be added that the service, the feedback and the solutions provided by the customer service are exceptionally good. I definitely want to emphasize that.”

“The shoes themselves are well made and look/feel great. However, the inordinate delay in receiving my first pair was extremely poor service. My disappointment was compounded further when the delivery of my Canyon order was similarly delayed despite the website declaring they would be shipped within days. It actually took months. I also failed to receive the complete order (no spare laces) for my first order. The customer service by way of email has been polite but I am still waiting for the laces. Not a major drama but I expected Tropicfeel to deliver their side of the contract having paid in full in advance in good faith for my first pair to arrive at the beginning of Summer, they were nearly 3 months late. Similar story with the second pair. In short, regardless of what production line challenges occurred misleading the customer re delivery dates is not fair. A decent product but a questionable business model.”

“Very comfortable and easy to slip on. Size 44 is a little bigger than my usual sneakers from other brands. In general I'm happy with them.”
