“Warning: the return cost are outrageously high (~10€ in Germany). Even if the shipment and return Center is in the same country. And due to customer support it is not allowed to send the parcel back to with my own parcel delivery mark. Do not order there if you are not 100% sure you don't want to send a product back”

“Purchased 2 pairs size 44 & 45 to see which was best fit. Returned the 44’s too small and unworn. STILL WAITING for a refund almost 3 weeks later. Had to exchange the pair that did fit fue to the insole that moves up the back of your heel while you walk. Makes them unwearable. The insoles are not attached to the shoe. We exchanged them and it happened again so it’s obviously a design fault. Expensive shoe and extremely poor quality. Fighting for a refund. Customer service is poor, they just repeat their response and don’t answer direct questions about refunding money. I would not recommend the shoe or dealing with this company.”

“The shoe is good quality albeit I wasn't lucky with the one I got due to my leg size. The customer service cadre is excellent. They reply on time and clarify whatever is needed.”

“Las zapatillas van perfectas, he hecho senderismo y he nadado con ellas y todo bien. El único inconveniente que he tenido es que los cordones se me clavaban y no podía aflojarlos más ya que quedaban demasiado cortos, pero se los cambié por otros que tenía por casa y no he tenido más problema.”

“Ik love my Canyons, they have a good shock absorbing sole, stability and are light on the feet, allthough my Jungles have more of a sock-feel than the Canyons.”
