“I’ve have these shoes now for a few weeks and do my daily walkings with. These gives a good support, they are light and cool due to the mesh. You can use them for the most of your walks, but keep in mind that they are not for mountain hiking with backpack. Concerning the size, I think it is best to take one size down of your normal size.”
