“Insoles are moving all the time once I place them on, very comfortable shoe, a bit tight but that's just fine”

“The shoes are comfortable and lightweight. However, I cannot wear them with my orthopedic insoles because my heels slip out when walking. Also I had to replace the laces with normal ones since the shoes were too tight in the front and too loose at the opening which also caused my heels to slip out with every step. A fact I am very dissapointed about is how you handle returned products. As a claimed eco-friendly brand I would have expected you to take impacable returns back into stock to be sold again instead of throwing them away. It would also be nice to be able to buy returned products with minor deficiencies for a reduced price.”

“They are nice but nothing more :( The material is great though these are my 3rd paid or Tropicfeel sneakers and while all of them are the same size (40EU) these are a bit longer so it`s not so comfortable... I gave them a try for a couple of days but they are not so comfortable because of their shape and size and now it`s too late to return them :(”

“Since I love the canyon, I wanted to try another model. Unfortunately this shoe did not fit. The size is ok. But I'm having trouble keeping it. The heel slips out, the material is too soft there. The material on the instep, on the other hand, is too tight. I'm sorry, but I'm returning the shoe and sticking with canyon.”
