“Once again, the marketing is better than the actual product. The size fit me perfectly, except for the rubber band which is so tight it hurts after a while. Great idea, less than great execution.”

“The pants are great in their main selling point: being a travel pant that looks like a regular office pant. This this translates in just 2 features: hidden pockets and hidden stretch at the waistband. However, there are 3 missed opportunities: First: If the purpose of pockes is to be hidden, why use a black zipper on light pants? Just use the same color! Also, simmetric features will make everything easier. Back pockets are not useful in my opinion, and the possibility to fold the pants into the back pocket is pointless: since these are mainly cotton pants (!!! More later), they’ll retain a lot of wrinkles from folding into that pocket. Second: cotton, seriously? While this gives a very formal look to the fabric… well it’s because is the same used in regular pants! Having a higher percentage of quick drying materials would improve A LOT these pants. Third: the stretchband is amazing! But, this could be placed more on the sides, and give a bit more stretch. Also, a hidden belt like some patagonia pants would be amazing. I hope to see some of my feedbacks in the next version of the pants, and I hope they’ll keep the same formal look. Overall, I am satisfied with the product, but I expect more from tropicfeel, and I think they have the talent to create a better version of this pants. I’ll buy it for sure!”
