“The backpack looks great and has a lot of useful features but sadly the shoulder pads are too close together and they are also made of a very stiff material which may result in a restricting and uncomfortable wear around the neck, we had to return it sadly”

“I wanted to buy Hive for a long time now, but was waiting for the perfect schedule for it. With the latest sale I was happy to order it. It fits all my expectations. I love that it stand on floor as it is not collapsing as 95% of any backpacks put on floor. I also use the expandability option from the first day which is important for me. The Adaptable BumBag is a nice option which I like, but I was expecting that it’ll be easier to put on / remove than as I works in reality. I recommend that the elastic pocked should be bigger! It’s difficult to crams in a simple water bottle. Also I believe that elastic pocked should be available on both side! It was a long time to talk to the customer service. Sometime I had to wait a very long time for answer. I had to ask back several times for requesting answer. I also got fake information from them (I asked customer service whether the current Toiletry bag I have for my “older” Shell is compatible with Hive. I was sure that is should be, but customer service answered NO. This answer is simply not true as I can prove it having Shell / Hive / 2 Toiletry bag in my hand!). I got several times copypasted information. I never get proper answer form my simplest question: Is the older Wardrobe I have for Shell compatible with new Hive? Also I felt several times that I’m talking to a dumm AI.”
