“Can't say much, because it didn't arrive. The delivery company said they had delivered it, but noone saw them, and no evidence provided. TropicFeel are following up the issues, but no resoltuion 3 weeks later.”

“Great bag, but my first one arrived with a zip that didn't work. It was very stressful replacing it. Check your zips guys you need to be more professional if you want to charge a premium.”
