How satisfied are you with the product quality? The product is different to what I expected from the website

How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? The product was broken after short period of usage

“Hi. Love the shoe. Looks good. And feels great. I’m not a fan of the loose insoles. If I wear them without socks the insole comes out when I take off the shoe and takes some time to reinsert correctly. Maybe some Velcro to hold it in place ? So for a wet shoe- worn without socks - it’s a bit of a pain”
