“Too rubbery and too tight, sizing provided by Tropicfeel lead me to purchase one size smaller for myself and my husband, which was wrong. Worst of all, the company’s inconsistency in communication extended to announcing a shipping delay. Within minutes, I requested to cancel, but they said it was already in the warehouse ready to be shipped. Naturally, due to incorrect sizing I had to return at my own cost. Nothing makes sense with this company. I’ll certainly never purchase again!”
