“The shoes are nice and comfortable from the beginning. They are warm and at least initially waterproof. The problem is the quality, which is quite poor. After three weeks of using them around the city, small holes appeared on the sides that allowed water to enter. The customer service is good and they sent me another pair free of charge, but two weeks after receiving the new shoes the holes appeared again, which means that the material is bad, so I was disappointed. The best, customer service.”
