“I searched a long time an impermeable lace free shoes. I read a lot about Tropicfeel. After 2 weeks I ordered Geyser Great Pewter Grey. Arround 6th October I received my pair of shoes. Looking good. Fit. Started to use them at the end of October. After only 2 months, the left shoe has a crack... I was very, very disappointed. How it is possible this when the commercial sad that they are water proof? How it is possible to be so poorly crafted? I wish I could attach a picture. It is not ok. And took more than 3 weeks to arrive. And I did not use them on daily basis... So, in spite of good looks and well made commercial this products from Tropicfeel seems to be unreliable!”

“These are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn and not warm at all. I'd describe them as painful foot prisons. I'd rather wear ski boots all day. They do look good and seem to be waterproof, to rain splashes at least. There's almost no padding in the upper shoe, notably around the ankle/heel. Tropicfeel describes them as comfortable and insulated. I have been missold an expensive pair of shoes. Annoyed that I took the plunge and wore them outside. Don't make the same mistake! Painful heels, arches, achilles and blisters. I tried 3 sizes to try and get the best fit. Also, a terrible returns policy and customer service responses were woolly and frustrating at best. First and last purchase from this company.”

“I can confirm they are very comfy and keeps your feet dry, but I certainly got very upset because I slipped several times and almost fell when it rained in my last trip, which was completely unexpected and disappointing to me as it took me some time to decide to purchase my first pair of Tropic Feel shoes. This is something that barely ever happened to me with any other shoes.”

“I ordered two shoes the same size from tropic. The dunes seem to be about right on my feet but the Geyser came up a bit large. I put through for an exchange and two days after I sent the return I had my new shoes and the right size for me. Standing still in very cold weather, my feet did get cold but as soon as I was walking around they warmed up quickly. I have bad circulation so I usually don’t warm back up quickly but these were great. When warmed up my feet didn’t sweat and felt dry the whole day walking through rain. They look great and feel great. Very happy with my purchase!”

“Shoes are great ,warm ,excellent quality ,good looking .but…my feet are 26,8 long and if I would follow size chart I should order 41 eu number .although with a little help from customer service I ordered 43 and it’s just fine . You have to rewrite size charts ,it’s completely wrong”

“Not a great experience tbh : first was sent wrong model shoe and there was an onerous return process… then sent the wrong colour on the replacement. Bravia’s they’d been an exchange already the system couldn’t process it again and had to be done manually- which wasn’t great . The shoes themselves were fine : but the logistics terrible and for that reason cannot recommend this company .”
