En el proceso de compra tuve problemas con el tallaje, además de algún envío con errores en el modelo y la talla solicitada, pero tras ponerme en contacto con Tropicfeel, Mariia me ayudó y solucionó el problema rápidamente. Fue una gran profesional, le agradezco su paciencia y ayuda desde aquí. Por si os sirve, tallan normal. Mi número en otros zapatos/zapatillas es un 38, y en este modelo de Tropicfeel, calzó el mismo número. En cuanto al producto en sí, ya tengo otras Tropicfeel, así que aunque no las he usado aún, seguro que me gustan mucho!”

“I ordered these and received them with some damage to the shoes. I submitted a replacement request with Tropicfeel and they quickly responded with easy to follow return instructions and a free shipping label. I received my replacement pair of shoes quickly and they are instantly my new favorite shoes! They are super comfortable and surprisingly insulating. I wore them in the snow and had great traction and my feet stayed dry and warm all day! Can't wait to try other styles from them!”

“Bigger and clunkier than I was hoping, and not as soft/comfortable as I thought they might be from the images. Very unfortunate there aren't half sizes.”
