How satisfied are you with the product quality? I don’t like the material used

“I ordered my usual size 8, they seemed quite tight so paid more postage for a size 9, which were huge. Then had to pay about 9 quid to send the 9's back. I've brought the 8's travelling around Asia but so far they rub when wet, and gravel and sand fills the shoe as soon as they're wet, contributing to the rubbing. Some of the sole is already coming away after only a couple of wears. Despite being advertised as anti-odour they already have a smell to them the same as any other shoe that had been used in water would have. The innersoles have also completely come away and come out with my foot whenever i take the shoes off. Overall wish i'd just brought my sandals and sent these back.”

“We had our first pairs of shoes as we’d watched the hype of the adverts. The other pairs failed in weeks, the heel causing blisters while on a boating holiday. We binned both pairs. However these Dunes look improved so we have bought them to trial in the summer. So far impressed with the shoe but we’ve not used them for any distance. We’ll see. We are hopeful”

“The shoes are nice but with absolutely rubbish customer support! More than half the pleasure is taken away when they firstly ship the wrong size and once they agree to ship the right size (6 months of correspondence late) they ship the wrong colour. What can I say? Will I be going back...NO!”
